Refund policy:

Describe the conditions under which customers can receive a refund.

For service provision is 100% refund within 7-days of the initiation of subscription, 50% within 14 days of initiation of subscription, after 14 days there is no refund. 

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation of subscription can happen at any time and the client will maintain access to the applications, programs, materials, resources, etc. provided to them through their subscription until the end of the last day of their current subscription 30 day time frame except for cases where the subscription was cancelled within the first 14 days of when their first subscription was initiated. 

Cancellation of appointment can happen at any time however clients who are cancelling a Stand-Alone appointment (an appointment that is not included or outside of the appointments included in a subscription) then 25% of the appointment cost will still be required as a cancellation penalty unless the appointment is rebooked.
